Changes to your appointment and cancellation policy

Here at Primal Pottery we understand that life sometimes means that people are unable to commit to their booked appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate a change to your appointment (if given enough notice). Please contact us within 48hours to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Skin Texture

If given less than 48 hours notice 50% of the cost of the session will be charged. Sessions that are cancelled on the day or  'not attended' will be charged at 100% of the cost of the session booked.  - Late Arrivals -  Sessions will finish at the specified time, regardless of arrival time
